Quality ManagementWe are committed to the quality culture and therefore empower all employees and sub-contractors to deliver products and services to our clients in line with our requirements and expectations. Undertaking our responsibilities in doing-it-right-first-time forms an integral part of our quality process.
The company will provide the necessary documentation to support our activities, in a Quality or Inspection and test plan format describing the quality control and handover process and required standards.
GRCL’s quality ethos is not just to provide to specification but is measured in many ways, for example in terms of presentation, continuity and communication. All are equally important and demonstrate levels of quality which are monitored and measured by the management team and our clients.
Our Quality Management System is continually reviewed for its operational effectiveness and developed where required to further enhance it. As with all systems, feedback is an integral part of the improvement process. GRCL actively encourages feedback from all levels of the business.
We recognise that operating a certificated Quality Management System ensures we meet international Quality Standards, although this does not remove the requirement of organisations that wish to use Global Rail Construction to undertake their own assessments of our Management Systems. As with all assessments we accept the opportunity for improvement.
The Quality Management System complies with BS EN ISO 9001 and is third party Certificated by NQA (UKAS Accredited).
The system is also Link-up Supplier registered and qualified.
