P-Way

GRCL P-way teams comprise seasoned railwaymen who are specialists in Plain Line Renewals, S&C and maintenance projects, and who have a minimum of COSS, lookout, First Aid certification, and small tools certification.

Project Evergreen (Chiltern Line) Double Tracking.
Provision of experienced P-Way track personnel to undertake site surveys and P-Way support and handback on behalf of our client.

Glounthaune Junction and Midleton on Cobh to Cork Line.
Supply of Civil Engineering Teams to install track work for 20km on the Glounthaune to Cobh Project. Works included: track laying, fencing maintenance, erection of ‘goal posts’, minor repairs including general labour works on live railway lines, during normal working hours and possession works (night works under permit).

Provision of Permanent Way Resources for Minor Building Repairs, Structural Repairs & SET to Irish Rail Maintenance Department, Division (Call Off) & Projects Scope.
Supply of Permanent Way and Civil Engineering personnel to support Permanent Way Inspectors on a mini tender basis.

Loop Line Connolly Station.
Removal and replacement of 1km of railway track to Connolly Station during restricted. Working hours and possession works (night works under permit) during two weeks during the Christmas period.

Kildare Route Project.
Supply of Labour to Irish Rail for the following generally – Track laying, fencing maintenance, erection of ‘goal posts’, minor repairs including general labour works on live railway lines, during normal working hours and possession works (night works under permit).

Heuston to Portlaoise.
Provision of experienced Permanent Way installation teams on the Heuston to Portlaoise Line. Works include: track laying, fencing maintenance, erection of ‘goal posts’, minor repairs including general labour works on live railway lines, during normal working hours and possession works (night works under permit).

Clonsilla to Dunboyne (Pace).
Provision of Permanent Way gangs for the installation of the new double line from Clonsilla to Dunboyne. Works include: track laying, fencing maintenance, erection of ‘goal posts’, minor repairs including general labour works on live railway lines, during normal working hours and possession works (night works under permit)

Heuston Re-Development Project (HACM).
Provision of experienced Permanent Way installation teams at Heuston Station. Works include: track laying, fencing maintenance, erection of ‘goal posts’, minor repairs including general labour works on live railway lines, during normal working hours and possession works (night works under permit).
